President's Message

Welcome

Dear People who seek good health,

This page shares Dr. Uyama's reflections on his life, career, and the meaning he found in dedicating himself to health and wellness.

Our mission

“We deliver good health”

Auspicious day, 21st Century

Dear People who seek good health,

Good day to you all !

Although I remain young at heart, by the numbers, I fall into the category of the elderly. Broadly speaking, my adult work life can be divided into three distinct phases. It began in the printing industry, followed by the computer peripherals industry. I recall meeting Mr. Steve Jobs at the Hotel Okura in Tokyo—shortly after he had been ousted from the company he himself founded and had gone on to establish NeXT. We had a product meeting together at Ricoh's headquarters. He was then an incredibly aggressive individual. After I spent some time in that field—sensing that—once again, it simply wasn't the right fit for me. Then, I entered the realm of natural medicine/natural foods.

That is where I remain to this day. I truly feel that joining this industry was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The reason is that C’est Si Bon Company's core purpose is to bring health and wellness to people. Our mission/motto is “We deliver good health”. Entering this industry may well be one of those serendipitous moments that life has brought the way. I believe that dedicating oneself to the health of others is a truly wonderful thing.

We often do not realize the value of our health until we have lost it; however, since health is a treasure, let us take good care of it.

Finally, I would like to share a famous quote by one of my favorite French authors, Saint-Exupery. (From Le Petit Prince or The Little Prince)…..

“On ne voit bien qu'avec le coeur. L'essentiel est invisible pour les yeux”.

(One sees clearly only with the hearts. What is essential is invisible to the eyes).

Be good to yourself and others !

Sincerely yours,
